Description

A synopsis of the carrier's performance over a specified 24-month period.

Contains the company's name and address, operating licence number, act(s), operator type, dangerous goods status, recognized authority status, CVOR status, total travel kilometres, Ontario travel kilometres, total Ontario fleet size, adjusted fleet size, commodity hauled, MVIS status, original certificate issue date, Ontario Safety Rating, threshold, violation rate, indications of the number of accidents, convictions and inspection, facility audits (if any), and any Ministry interventions within the previous 2 years.

This product can be viewed online, saved and printed for your future reference.

A certified copy of a carrier's record is typically used for legal purposes. It has an official seal and is endorsed by the Ministry before mailing.

Please note that, after January 1, 2006, a Public Abstract will only be available for a carrier that operates commercial motor vehicles registered in Ontario, United States or Mexico. To obtain an abstract for other carriers, contact the plate jurisdiction.
